Robot from Part 2441
After complaining once too often how useless part 2441/68556 is for anything that is not a small vehicle, I was challenged to build something that is not a vehicle out of that part.
So I got digging in my spare parts drawers and built up a few things. Mostly ramps and roofs, but then there was also this robot which I think is substantial enough to make into a set of instructions. I swear I did not intend to make it vaguely look like Megatron, that just happened.
This MOC is improved slightly from the original build, giving the bot a back and adding a bit more shaping to the torso.
Arms do clip in the render, but do not in the actual MOC as I built it. It's just that the technic pin did not connect to the wheel holders in stud.io, so I had to cheat a bit. It does work fine when using actual bricks.
