Eopie
Time for a beast from a galaxy far, far away again!
The Eopie has an interesting history. It was the original design of what would later become the Kaadu of Naboo. When during development of Episode I, the setting was changed from tatooine to Naboo, the design of the new beast was overhauled to fit with the swamp environment. The end result was so different, both ended up being used for different creatures on different planets.
The Eopie is a common beast of burden on Tatooine. While strong and generally friendly, it does have a mind of its own.
Like the original animal, this MOC is heavily based on my Kaadu design after making it a quadruped and giving it a new head. I added some countershading to give it that little bit of color variation; the original is completely tan with a few freckles. Still, design was somewhat limited by the selection of pieces available in tan.
The Eopie is in scale with minifigs. Incidentally, minifig not included in the instructions. But I'm pretty sure you know how to assemble a minifigure.
